I was one of the youngest dentists to ever graduate in the United Kingdom and I received my Fellowship in Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In introduced ongoing training to my practice a few years ago and we haven’t looked back since. Since introducing this lifelong learning, the team are focused and dedicated, they are also better informed. In addition to this, I have noticed that our patients have a better overall experience. The patients are leaving outstanding reviews for the team and they are coming back time and time again.
I have also found that with the help of ongoing training, my team are more motivated and productive. The team are experienced and dedicated and they have worked together as a team for years. As we introduce new equipment to the surgery or a new computer software package, we ensure that the staff receive ongoing training on the items.
