I recently learned that peaches have antioxidant levels to rival “superfood” blueberries—and that they contain two types of polyphenols that may actually help kill breast cancer cells. So peaches will definitely be on my list too while they are in season. Plus I love them!

  • I was surprised to see how great pomegranates are for you. Ever since I’ve added it to my diet it has done wonders. It’s also a bonus they taste great!
