Our skin a delicate structure with many layers, internally it is lined with oil producing sebaceous glands which produce an oily secretion known as sebum. The sebum is made of fats and helps to moisturize the skin and keep it healthy. 1. Regularly wash your face:

You need to wash your face regularly with mild soaps containing glycerin. The use of harsh chemicals on the skin can further aggravate the problem. If your skin is oily you need to wash it on regular basis. Avoid over washing the face as excessive dryness of the skin can also trigger the production of more sebum. Also avoid using harsh soaps with harsh chemicals. Make use of products containing salicylic acid especially if you have clogged pores as it can penetrate deep inside the skin where it purifies the pores and considerable reduction is there in acne.

2. Bloating paper:
