Kicking boxing as eloborated in this article has benefits for being fit, toning muscle, losing that extra flab etc. My concern here is, don’t you think it can induce violent tendency in some people in the name of self-defence?

I used to do a lot of martial arts training when I was younger. It really does make you stronger and fitter on so many levels, not only physically but mentally as well. I had a heavy bag in my garage which would be pummeled into submission almost daily. Great way to stay in shape.
