Very good and worthwhile information! Choosing to eat healthy is by far the best choice! Having a good Plan for your daily meals and conscientious decisions to stick to it is the beginning! Freezer meals are a great way to prepare for the week ahead – put your meal main dish together – label it and freeze it; then before you leave for work put it in the crock pot on low and come home a great aroma of a prepared main dish! Add sides and wah lah! Dinner is ready!
