Gently brush your tongue every time you brush and floss your teeth to remove the bacteria that are causing that foul odor to emit from your mouth.

Avoid Smoking

Smoking is a habit that is extremely difficult to kick. With nicotine transdermal patches, you will be able to kick the habit in no time at all. The nicotine and tar packed into a cigarette will stain your teeth and cause bad breath. Chewing tobacco and dip is even worse so do not think that you can substitute one for the other.

Today, there are several drugs available that can help eliminate the nicotine cravings, which can be rather powerful, especially in the first few days after you stop smoking. Over time the cravings will decrease, but it will be some time, before they are entirely gone.
