It is advisable to take this bath before going to sleep; you can try a neutral immersion bath for 25 minutes, apply wet cold cloth to your head and forehead before taking this bath and the recommended temperature in the bath is about 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

This bath will reduce the extra blood I your brain and spinal cord while increasing blood circulation to your whole body.

Avoid liquid foods but increase your liquid intake

Once someone has been diagnosed with meningitis, it is advisable for the person to avoid liquid foods; rather the person should drink more water, coconut water, ORS, homemade fruit juices and smoothies and herbal teas.
