    After Pregnancy, There is lot’s of changes are shown in our body. But main thing is that how to recover from ugly body shapes. To getting back to original shape we have to do work so hard. For example, Most common problem is weight gain, first you simply loose your over weight and then you go for shape your body. Nutrition and fruits add fast recovery to you health.
