- Finely shredded purple and green cabbage (6 cups)
- 1 small, chopped bell pepper
- 1 diced ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh preferred)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
