Thanks for the post, and I’ve done sports all through high school and college and this is the first time that I’ve heard of hydrotherapy. Because I’ve gone through a lot of different sports therapy treatments, and the one that fits closest to this is was ice baths that I took for cross country. But I wonder how well that therapy works.
