Great info here. I once suffered from RLS and it kept me awake at night. The easiest solution: take a multivitamin. Immediately after starting to take a simple multivitamin (I took it with dinner) my legs calmed down. I like how this breaks things down and shows which minerals and vitamins are actually doing the work though.
