Thank you for this post you really left a lot of great natural solutions to deal with alcoholism and the problems that come with it. This same concept could be applied for anyone struggling with addictions to any drugs as well. I believe we could all benefit from holistic therapy. I think yoga, meditation and exercise are the most helpful strategies.
