Day 1

On Day 1 for breakfast you should have coffee without any milk and instead of sugar, you should use an artificial sweetener. You should have a piece of toast made from whole wheat along with a tablespoon of peanut butter and half grapefruit. You should avoid having any snacks between the meals. For lunch you should have 1/2 cup of tuna with a slice of whole-grain toast. After a while you should have a cup of plain coffee or tea. For dinner you should have 3 ounces of lean meat such as turkey, fish or chicken which should be broiled and should add a cup of carrots and beans to it. For dessert you should have a cup of coffee and a cup of vanilla ice cream.

Day 2

For breakfast you should have one slice of whole-grain toast along with a cup of coffee and an egg. For lunch you should have 5 whole-wheat crackers with a cup of cottage cheese spread or tuna spread and a cup of coffee. For dinner have 2 beef hot dogs with 1 cup of broccoli or cabbage and 1/2 cup of carrots. For dessert have a half cup of vanilla ice cream with 1 sliced banana.

Day 3

For breakfast have 5 crackers with a slice of cheese, a cup of coffee and a medium sized apple. For lunch have a slice of toast, a cup of coffee and 1 boiled egg. For dinner have a cup of tuna, a cup of cauliflowers and a cup of melon. For desserts have some coffee and 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Before being on this diet, you should realize that this is a day by day diet and it should be taken as it is. With it you are able to shed 10 pounds in just three days. Be on this diet to see the result.

Your post is really interesting and I never thought at this point. In my family, no one is fatty but I put on some weight because of my profession. I am not doing too .
Many workouts and using the car for commuting office. If I will do some workout or change some my habit then I can manage my weight. thanks for giving me some confidence. 🙂
